| With
the more recent demand for assistance in selecting Canadian universities
and colleges as well as Canadian private schools, Ms. McLeod has added the
services of two well-qualified colleagues.
Janet
McLeod attended Smith College and Harvard University, has a bachelor's
degree in English and a master's degree in Education from the University
of Michigan. She has a diploma in management from the University of California
at San Diego. She has high school guidance qualifications from the Faculty
of Education at the University of Toronto. She is a member of the National
Association of College Admissions Counseling.
Ms. McLeod has worked
extensively with young people, including those with disabilities and youth
at risk. This has afforded her the opportunity to travel throughout North
America to keep up her contacts at the various colleges, each trip making
new discoveries and new contacts.
Caroline
Veldhuis is experienced in helping students select the best choices
for Canadian universities, both graduate and undergraduate programs, and
she is highly skilled at clarifying for students such issues as the differences
in programs in each university and the appropriate course selection for
specific programs. Ms. Veldhuis herself has a B.A. in English and a B.Sc.
in psychology from the University of Toronto. She has worked in community
service agencies and been extensively involved in psychological testing.
She has contacts in universities across Canada and the U.S., and she is
constantly researching the latest trends in academia.
